Instructions for the International University of Nursing Online Application Submission:

Complete the online form below and click submit. After submission you will receive an e-mail acknowledging your application submission and additional information for remitting the $50 application fee. There are other requirements for admission such as having transcripts, test scores, and/or letters of recommendation sent to IUON. Be sure to fulfill these requirements in addition to submitting your application. A list of these will be included in the e-mail response.

Check your application over carefully before sending it! All fields must be filled out unless they are not applicable.

You MUST have an email address, or your application cannot be processed. If you don't have an email address, you can obtain a free one from yahoo or hotmail, and then return and apply online.

On-line application process is not available for Texas residents.
