Two cohorts of
IUON students who transferred last year to Seminole State College, Oklahoma City and West Kentucky Community and Technical College, Paducah, have graduated this past summer. The majority of these students have already sat for their NCLEX exam and have achieved a 92% pass rate. This is an excellent outcome for our students. Their pass rate exceeds last year's national average of 88%. IUON alumni are already working in California, Oklahoma and Tennessee. We are very proud of these results and are confident that the trend will continue. Congratulations to our students and kudos to IUON and our partner schools' faculty and staff.

, 2007 Semester. The BSN is an eight semester, 120 credit hour program which meets the standards of the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education Essentials of Baccalaureate Nursing and the standards of the Caribbean Regional Nursing Council. Six semesters are offered on the Caribbean Island of St. Kitts, with
the seventh and eighth semesters at our U.S. affiliate schools. International students who are unable to obtain an entry visa into the US will complete the seventh and eighth semesters in the Caribbean region or affiliate countries. Students will graduate from both IUON and the U.S. affiliate program. Graduating from the U.S. affiliate will permit the students to apply to sit for the NCLEX exam which is required for licensure. IUON offers the BSN in an accelerated format of three semesters per calendar year, which allows the student to complete eight semesters in approximately 32 months. Students may transfer in up to 42 approved general education and science credits, which may shorten the length of study. The program has received provisional approval by the Ministry of Education
